Bop - Your Media On The Go for iPhone and iPad (“Bop”) is published by Apexis Solutions Inc. dba Small Bricktory (“we,” “us”). Your use of Bop is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the terms below.
1. Your content
You are responsible for the files you add to Bop and for having the right to use them. Keep your own backups.
2. No warranty
Bop is free and provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of files or data, or any other damages, arising from your use of Bop.
3. Open-source software
Bop includes VLCKit and libVLC from VideoLAN, licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1. VLCKit is linked dynamically as a separate framework, and its source code is available at code.videolan.org/videolan/VLCKit. Every open-source component and its license is listed in the app under Settings > About > License Notices.

5. Changes and governing law
Any change to these terms is posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
