Small Bricktory (“the Studio,” “we,” “us”), legally Apexis Solutions Inc. dba Small Bricktory, is a software and AI studio. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website, smallbricktory.com, and any pages, forms, or content we publish on it. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Individual products we build (such as Daisy, Billie, and Nella) and any commissioned work each have their own separate terms. Those agreements govern the product or engagement; these Terms cover only this website.

1. Using the site

You may browse the site, read our work, and contact us through the forms and links we provide. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or misuse the contact form to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.

2. Commissions and engagements

Submitting an idea through our Commission form is an invitation for us to start a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or obligate either party. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which controls scope, fees, timelines, ownership, and confidentiality for that work.

3. Intellectual property

The site’s name, wordmark, copy, illustrations, and design are the property of the Studio unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or reuse them without permission, except for ordinary fair use such as linking to or quoting a page with attribution.

4. Third-party links

The site links to our products and to external services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of sites we link to. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness, or availability, and we may change, suspend, or remove content at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
