Privacy Policy

Small Bricktory (“the Studio,” “we,” “us”), legally Apexis Solutions Inc. dba Small Bricktory, keeps this short on purpose. This policy covers the Studio website, smallbricktory.com. We collect very little, we don’t sell anything, and we don’t track you across the web.

Our individual products (such as Daisy) have their own privacy policies that describe how that software handles your data. This policy is only about the website.

1. What we collect

• Contact submissions. When you use the Commission form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide so we can reply. That’s the only personal data you actively send us.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages viewed, rough region, device type). This relies on cookies and standard log data such as your IP address and user agent.

2. How we use it

We use contact submissions solely to respond to you and discuss possible work. We use analytics solely to improve the site. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it.

3. Who processes it

• Amazon Web Services (SES). Contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox through AWS Simple Email Service.
• Google Analytics. Aggregate usage analytics are processed by Google.
• Vercel. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs.

These providers act as processors on our behalf and under their own terms. We don’t share your data with anyone else.

4. Cookies

The only cookies the site sets are those used by Google Analytics. You can block or delete them through your browser settings, or use a browser extension that opts you out of Google Analytics, without affecting your ability to use the site.

5. Retention

We keep contact-form emails as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, then remove them when they’re no longer useful. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email studio@smallbricktory.com and we’ll take care of it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
